Hello, and welcome to Ascension Active! I’m Annie, a Level 3 AUSactive fitness and yoga teacher. Born on Ascension, a small island in the South Atlantic, I have dedicated myself to promoting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through yoga and exercise. Join me and my friends on this journey to elevate your health and vitality.
